HTCC hosts a full aerobic program, offering numerous group fitness classes. They include but are not limited to Zumba, Step, Yoga, Pilates, Low Impact Aerobics, Spinning and more.
Personal Trainers are available for members who would like assistance in our Fitness Room. The Fitness Room is home to our Cardiovascular Equipment and Weight Training Equipment. An Aerobic Schedule is updated montly. HTCC reserves the right to cancel classes at their own discretion; every effort will be taken to post cancellations ahead of time.
Annual Races: The HTCC Women’s 5K is the First Strides goal run and is an excellent first race for women of all abilities and ages. The HTCC/PSU 5K Run/Walk benefiting THON is an excellent opportunity to measure your overall fitness strength and cardio performance.
Hanover First Strides Program runs two times a year starting March and again in August.
Fitness Equipment includes: Treadmills, Recombant Bikes, Ellipticals, Rowers, Steppers, A Nustep, An Interactive Bicycle with Screen, Upright Bikes, Free Weights, Nautilus Equipment, Stretching Table, a Heavy Bag and numerous exercise aides.
